1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between the tk 4444 platform and its users ("Members"). tk 4444 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing this platform, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2Account Registration and Eligibility

tk 4444 reserves the right to reject any application. Similarly, if it is later found that false or incorrect information was provided at registration, the account may be permanently closed.

3Age Restriction and Verification

tk 4444 strictly prohibits anyone under 21 years of age from creating an account or using the platform. To confirm the age of each member, tk 4444 may at any time request a National Identity Card (NID) or other government-issued identification.

It is the responsibility of any parent or guardian in whose household a minor resides to ensure that the child or young person cannot access this platform.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You can deposit funds to tk 4444 using bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

• Deposits must be made only from a mobile financial account registered in your own name.

A 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Winnings earned from a bonus may only be withdrawn once the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Claiming the same bonus on multiple accounts from the same person, household, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, tk 4444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each promotion has a set expiry period; unused bonuses will be removed once the period ends.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on tk 4444 are conducted in an honest, transparent, and fair manner. Members may only participate in games and markets available on the platform.

• Bets will not be accepted if the account does not have sufficient balance.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, tk 4444 will settle it according to the applicable rules.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a bug or fault in the software will be cancelled.
• Match fixing, collusion, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts playing the same game from the same IP address may be treated as suspicious.

For sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled or the result is not settled, tk 4444 will settle the bet in accordance with standard betting rules. In special circumstances, whether a bet is returned will be determined by the relevant rules.

7Responsible Gaming

9Account Suspension and Closure

2. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
3. Bonus abuse, fraud, or manipulation.
4. Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
5. Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
6. Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

If an account is closed and a legitimate balance exists, a decision on returning it will be made following an investigation. Balances earned from bonuses or suspicious transactions may be cancelled.

10Limitation of Liability

tk 4444 strives to maintain its services to the highest standard, but in some situations service may be disrupted. tk 4444 will not be liable in the following cases:

• If a game is left incomplete due to an internet connection issue or a fault with the user's device.
• If the service is unavailable due to a natural disaster, cyber attack, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If the account suffers loss due to the user's own carelessness or sharing of their password.
• For faults in third-party game software — in such cases the relevant game developer is responsible.

tk 4444's total liability will in no circumstances exceed the total value of the transaction in question for the member.

11Changes to Terms

tk 4444 may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members may be notified of changes by email or via a notification on the platform, though this is not mandatory. The latest terms will always be available on this page.
